YANCHENG · ELECTRIC HEATING CLUSTER
Drawing on Yancheng’s electric heating supply network, we help match equipment to fluid-heating duties, batch loads and continuous production requirements.
YANCHENG · ELECTRIC HEATING
Resources across heating elements, fluid and air heaters, thermal oil systems, batch ovens and conveyor ovens.
Match supply resources to your medium, temperature and installation requirements.
Coordinate custom dimensions, materials, connections and controls.
Clarify key parameters and streamline communication with suppliers.
HEATER FAMILIES
Start with what you heat and how production runs. Fluid heaters, heating elements, batch ovens and conveyor ovens each need a different set of process data.

Inline electric heater for flowing media — air, gases and process liquids. Direct pipeline installation with integrated temperature control.

Flanged duct heaters that transfer heat from tubular elements to the air stream — drying, hot air recirculation and air handling systems.

Electric thermal oil systems circulate a heat-transfer fluid to provide indirect process heating. Temperature and flow limits depend on the selected equipment and fluid.

Immersion tubular elements and flanged heater banks for tanks, vessels, molds and OEM built-in heating — custom bent and sized.

Batch ovens use circulating hot air to heat loaded parts or materials for preheating, drying and curing.

Conveyor ovens move parts through the heated section for continuous preheating, drying or curing, with the layout matched to throughput and process time.
WHERE OUR HEATERS WORK
Typical processes we size heaters for. If yours is not listed, send the process data — most custom requests start exactly like that.
Keep process lines above pour point, prevent freezing and condensation.
Raise exhaust gas to reaction temperature before SCR / RTO / biofilter stages.
Hot air recirculation for drying ovens, web dryers and curing lines.
Thermal oil loops for jacketed reactors, precise and shock-free heating.
Ex-rated heaters for Zone 1 / Zone 2 gas and Zone 21 / 22 dust atmospheres.
Flanged immersion heaters for water, oil, bitumen and process baths.
SELECTOR ASSISTANT
Start with what you heat, how products move and the process requirements.
PRELIMINARY HEAT LOAD
Pick the medium, enter flow and temperatures in US units. Result comes out in kW with the BTU/h equivalent.
Air, water and thermal-oil presets use the standard 1.08 / 500 / 218 rules. Figures are first-pass only — insulation loss, duty cycle, supply voltage and hazardous-area classification still need engineering review.
PROCESS CALCULATOR
Estimate a batch sensible-heat load, or relate conveyor speed, residence time and heated length.
SELECTION INQUIRY
Describe what you heat, the temperature requirement and production rate. For fluid systems, add flow and pressure; for ovens, add product size, loading pattern and process time.
